After two years of frustration, we contacted Blueflower and had them replace the patio cover that had not been installed properly by the other company. From Doug being professional, responsive, and very understanding of our situation, to Amber keeping us regularly updated regarding when we could expect the materials to arrive and installation to start and finally the exceptional installation by Mike and Stacey, who were skilled, knowledgable, thorough and very detail oriented. It changed our life. We live on this deck during the summer. Enclosing the patio space has created an additional living space that is cost and private. It’s much nicer than having a patio space that is wide open to the elements. Also, with houses being so close together in Calgary, it provides privacy from the neighbours. It’s added value to our house and is one of the best investments we have made. Absolutely no regrets!
