The staff were fantastic (even when they had to come out to remove a bat 😂), they kept the space as clean as possible (we did have to clean up a bit but that was expected), the work was done quickly, they kept us up to date on progress, and we are extremely happy for the end result. I had Blueflower build me a 3 season sunroom last year, there were various hiccups along the way which were frustrating but all issues except something minor (maybe not important)... read more were addressed. The addition to our home is very nice, nice to be out of the wind, nice on a starry night, nice on a rainy day, nicely ventilated with lots of sliding windows with screens on hot days. We cannot praise the Blueflower Team enough for the patio cover they installed for us. When our original patio cover was destroyed by hail in 2018, we had it... read more replaced by another company. Unfortunately, the cover leaked continuously in many spots, in spite of the many attempts by that company to repair it. After two years of frustration, we contacted Blueflower and had them replace the patio cover that had not been installed properly by the other company. We have been very impressed with the outstanding customer service, the high quality product and exceptional workmanship provided by the Blueflower team in replacing our patio cover. From Doug being professional, responsive, and very understanding of our situation, to Amber keeping us regularly updated regarding when we could expect the materials to arrive and installation to start and finally the exceptional installation by Mike and Stacey, who were skilled, knowledgable, thorough and very detail oriented.
