We greatly appreciated their willingness to change the plan and allow it to evolve…to put it another way, we waffled a bit on what we wanted and Blueflower took it in stride. After two years of frustration, we contacted Blueflower and had them replace the patio cover that had not been installed properly by the other company. We have been very impressed with the outstanding customer service, the high quality product and exceptional workmanship provided by the Blueflower team in replacing our patio cover. From Doug being professional, responsive, and very understanding of our situation, to Amber keeping us regularly updated regarding when we could expect the materials to arrive and installation to start and finally the exceptional installation by Mike and Stacey, who were skilled, knowledgable, thorough and very detail oriented. In addition, their product was far superior to the one that they replaced. Thanks to the entire Blueflower Team, we are so happy to finally be enjoying a leak free and well-installed patio cover.
