Unfortunately, the cover leaked continuously in many spots, in spite of the many attempts by that company to repair it. After two years of frustration, we contacted Blueflower and had them replace the patio cover that had not been installed properly by the other company. We have been very impressed with the outstanding customer service, the high quality product and exceptional workmanship provided by the Blueflower team in replacing our patio cover. From Doug being professional, responsive, and very understanding of our situation, to Amber keeping us regularly updated regarding when we could expect the materials to arrive and installation to start and finally the exceptional installation by Mike and Stacey, who were skilled, knowledgable, thorough and very detail oriented. In addition, their product was far superior to the one that they replaced. Thanks to the entire Blueflower Team, we are so happy to finally be enjoying a leak free and well-installed patio cover. Blueflower sunrooms constructed a complicated structure at my acreage.It is a screen room with 90% wind block with motorized screens as well as fixed screens and a plexiglass roof structure.They... read more did an exellent job and this room has become our favorite hangout! Add a couple of electric heaters and we can enjoy it even when the temperature is cold outside.Highly recommend the services of Doug and the Blueflower team!
