• Approval from the Board (when applicable). Blueflower Sunrooms will work with you and your Board to provide all necessary documentation for the project’s approval.
• A Permit. Blueflower Sunrooms will take care of processing the necessary permits for your municipality. Certain projects require a development permit and a building permit but not all projects require permitting.
• Preparation work. This can vary depending on your project and may include: site measurements, digging screw piles or removing an old structure, among other things.

Once the permits have been approved Blueflower Sunrooms will order your customized sunroom parts and products. Each project is professionally engineered to ensure the highest quality product for each customer.
