We greatly appreciated their willingness to change the plan and allow it to evolve…to put it another way, we waffled a bit on what we wanted and Blueflower took it in stride. Finally, Doug and all of his crew were a pleasure to work with. It’s a real bonus when business can be conducted in a pleasant and friendly manner. Thank you Blueflower! We cannot praise the Blueflower Team enough for the patio cover they installed for us. When our original patio cover was destroyed by hail in 2018, we had it... read more replaced by another company. Unfortunately, the cover leaked continuously in many spots, in spite of the many attempts by that company to repair it. After two years of frustration, we contacted Blueflower and had them replace the patio cover that had not been installed properly by the other company. We have been very impressed with the outstanding customer service, the high quality product and exceptional workmanship provided by the Blueflower team in replacing our patio cover. From Doug being professional, responsive, and very understanding of our situation, to Amber keeping us regularly updated regarding when we could expect the materials to arrive and installation to start and finally the exceptional installation by Mike and Stacey, who were skilled, knowledgable, thorough and very detail oriented. In addition, their product was far superior to the one that they replaced. Thanks to the entire Blueflower Team, we are so happy to finally be enjoying a leak free and well-installed patio cover. Without any hesitation, we definitely recommend Blueflower.

The staff were fantastic (even when they had to come out to remove a bat 😂), they kept the space as clean as possible (we did have to clean up a bit but that was expected), the work was done quickly, they kept us up to date on progress, and we are extremely happy for the end result.
