After two years of frustration, we contacted Blueflower and had them replace the patio cover that had not been installed properly by the other company. We have been very impressed with the outstanding customer service, the high quality product and exceptional workmanship provided by the Blueflower team in replacing our patio cover. From Doug being professional, responsive, and very understanding of our situation, to Amber keeping us regularly updated regarding when we could expect the materials to arrive and installation to start and finally the exceptional installation by Mike and Stacey, who were skilled, knowledgable, thorough and very detail oriented. In addition, their product was far superior to the one that they replaced. Thanks to the entire Blueflower Team, we are so happy to finally be enjoying a leak free and well-installed patio cover. We got a few quotes for our backyard sunroom from various businesses, and chose to go with blueflower - and we have been extremely happy with our decision. We are... read more in Strathmore, and we're concerned we'd get charged travel times but that wasn't even a suggestion. Our back room is perfect and we have been living outside ever since. The staff were fantastic (even when they had to come out to remove a bat 😂), they kept the space as clean as possible (we did have to clean up a bit but that was expected), the work was done quickly, they kept us up to date on progress, and we are extremely happy for the end result. Doug, Robb and everyone at BlueFlower is AMAZING and their quality of work is even more impressive!!!! BlueFlower built an exterior stair cover for our secondary suite entrance. Robb and Doug came by more than once to take measurements and make sure what they are planning to build is what we have in our mind. From first phone call to final installing, we were always impressed with quality of work, attention to detail and genuine customer care.
