It’s much nicer than having a patio space that is wide open to the elements. Also, with houses being so close together in Calgary, it provides privacy from the neighbours. Had a great quality custom installation of windows and screens by Blueflower a few years ago. Called them to help with a motor that was catching and the screen... read more had pulled out of the spline. They came within a couple days, fixed it, recalibrated the remote control, no charge even though we’re outside their usual two year warranty!
